Earlier this week, we heard news of the “Hyrule Historia” revealing the never-before-revealed Zelda timeline. Now that the book is finally out in Japan, one fan who purchased the book has translated the book’s contents. This is the moment dedicated Zelda fans have been waiting for. The timeline is split into three ways, depending on the outcome of the Nintendo 64 Adventure; Ocarina of Time. As speculated by many fans; there is a childhood and adult branch. However, there is a third branch in the official timeline that’s based on the assumption that Link fails to defeat Ganon. You can see the full timeline after the break.
Main Timeline
1. Skyward Sword
2. Minish Cap
3. Four Swords
4. Ocarina Of Time
Split 1: Link defeats Ganon – childhood branch

all the pomp, and then they just release it randomly. huh.
Was thinking the same
when does link fail??? How about adding a 4th split if link failed skyword sword, and a 5th split if he fails link to the past? doesn't make sense.
